Hi

You will have to ask your hosting provider if they provide such logs or look in your web hosting Control Panel if you have one.

Hi

. . . . My website is hosted by Magix Online World, which is affilaited with Magix Web Designer Professional.  Where can I get access logs from Magix Online World? . . . . from PM

AFAICS from my Online World account (free) there is no option to get the logs.  If you havea paid for account there may be an option in the Control panel.

I have switched hosting for a second site to Magix online World.  I still can't get web access logs for either site so that I can understand web traffic, etc.

How can I get web access logs for:

www.journeysofodysseus.com

www.peterjonzio2.com

Thanks.

Hi

I am puzzled - you have already been told that web traffic logs are not available, yet you have transferred a second site to Magix Online World.

In your duplicated post, which has been locked, you stated . . . . I used to host my site with Yahoo, and Yahoo supplies the logs. . . .

Why move?

If you want logs you will have to host your sites on a paid for web hosting company which offers web traffic logs.

John,

In your earlier response to me, you said that if I paid for hosting, I could get logs, which is why I moved a second site to Magix Online.

Is there ANY plan on Maigx Online that would allow me to get hosting logs?

PS - I am paying for hosting now on the second site, so it would seem like I should be getting access logs.
