"Real" support is probably through email, unless you want to pay to talk to an agent.

This site is for user-to-user information, not necessisarly for support but sharing ideas and practices or solutions for things we do with multimedia software in general.

but... www.support.magix.net is the address I think, or at least redirects to the address for their support. I think that is as "real" as it gets though.
