Even though I'm using a dual layer DVD (8.5 GB), my content thingy in the lower left hand corner says 4.5GB available. I need to utilize all space possible as I have about 3000 photos.
Hi Leslie, I too am getting a similar message to yours. ( 4.38GB 5.45GB in red letters and 1hr. 56mns. 754/931 photos)
I reduced the amount photos from 92 to 78, still got the same message re MB. and hour and minutes. Photo amount showed 92/931. 931 is the total maount of photos in my project file. I reduced the amount of photos down to 41 and I am still getting the same message re. the MB.and time. The number of photos in the right hand box reduced to 41/931. I am trying now to get the programme to recognise that I have a dual layer 8.5mb dvd in the drive but without success.
Anyone from Megix out there?

Do you have the option to specify DVD9 instead of DVD5 format when you burn or set up the project settings?
