@Brody-N Click on your username. On your profile page click the settings gear icon. On the next page you can delete your forum user account.

Be aware this will not delete your Magix customer account, only your forum account.

I don't want to use this account anymore. Is there a way to permanently delete my account?

Will deleting my Magix account also remove all my personal information from their servers?

@kyson-a They need to store some data by law for up to 10 years (order data and so on).

But you can request deletion of all data that is no longer needed under GDPR. This might only work if you are a citizen of the European Union. I'm not sure about the details.

Is there a way to recover or reactivate a deleted account after it has been permanently deleted?

@nathan-j

Hi

Once deleted the account is gone, if you think you will need it again in the future then do nothing.
