How can I add my VST Plugin Effects to Samplitude Music Studio 2013

Hi,

I've been using Samplitude Music Studio 15 for a few years now, and I use my own VST Effects. They are in a folder called VstPlugins in the SamplitudeMusicStudio15 folder.

Currently, I want to finish a '15' project in my newly purchased Samplitude Music Studio 2013 software, but I don't see a VstPlugins folder in the SamplitudeMusicStudio2013 folder, into which I can load my VST Effects for that project.

Any ideas how to load them in?

Was Music Studio 15 on a different PC running a different OS to the PC with Music Studio 2013?

In MS 2013 there should be an option in the programs settings to Add a VST plugin path - if so put your plugins into a folder of your choice and add the folder path using the add option.

Yes, MS 15 was on a different PC and running Vista. Whereas MS 2013 is on a Windows 7 machine.

Thanks for your reply. I figured there might be something like that.

Actually, figuring that MS 2013 might 'find' the existing '15' VST Plugins, I just copied the folder VstPlugins iinto the MS 2013 folder. Then when I opened the MS 15 project on the MS 2013 machine, in came all the VST Effects with all settings intact.
