I have been trying for 3 days to contact support. There seems to be absolutely NO possible way to get to the support desk direct. I will give one more try... then... I will purchase a different graphics package... something with support...
Magix support is done through a ticketing system - this ensures that all issues are logged, passed on to the correct support person and processed in turn.
To raise a ticket see this guide on how to do so, however do note that the response time is nominally 2 - 3 days, however given the current lockdown situation this may take longer, especially as there is one more working day before the weekend.
Additionally you can post a query here in the forum detailing the issues you are having, there are a lot of experienced members here who may be able to help.
