Your Windows Media Player installation (and some relevant files and libraries that go with it and are used by the Magix program) might be outdated, incomplete or corrupted. Downloading and installing all the relevant files for your operating system from the Microsoft website should fix the problem. Try this:

Possibly you might also have to get this for full functionality:
