Hi,

Though I use Music Maker 16 Premium, I will try to help.

Refer, screen shot I made for you. I have marked Red entire track 1.

Then given No.1 follow blue text, you will see BASS Mute showing by arrow.

In your case this should be DRUM mute your 1st track.

In 2nd track as you can see screen shot I have showed Live Recording in Blue text

it must not be mute ok. You can record.

Whenever you want to record new track Live/or Rockstar mute other tracks.

Note* Finally when you want to listen UN MUTE all tracks.

I hope this answer will help you, if not sorry.

Thank you

Hi,

It depends on your soundcard or audio interface.

Generaly, on your soundcard control panel you can select what you  listen and what you record.

To record your guitar, depending on the input you use, you have to select :

.microphone

or

.line input

If you select "what you listen" you will record MMM and microphone and line input.

What soundcard  have you?
