Hello folks, first off I wish you guys a good safe and great New Year
I just bought Music Studio 2014 and I got the email that has the link to download the software but when the Magix download manager opens there is no program to install. I don't know what happened because the .exe seem to get downloaded but once I'm ready to install there is nothing to install. Did anyone have the same issue when they bought the download version. If so did your link work?

It is better if you contact sales and tell them the download link is not working. In the meantime someone here will reply you. Also add in your question what is your windows version? are you using any internet security software?
Other than above, clear your internet browser's history and cookies, sign in to magix as you normally do or from where you are suppose to download the soft during download do not use any other software or email. If possible turn of Internet security or virus soft for the time being.
