In addition to @emmrecs comment - downloading the PDF manual available under Help, followed by restarting Photostory should enable the in program Help option.

Hi John,

Where should the downloaded pdf file be saved? I assumed it should be in the main PS Program folder but still no Help feature working, even after program restart.

Anywhere you like - it is the action of downloading the PDF that appears to trigger the in-program Help.

Added:

I have found an issue with this, accessing the Help file may be intermittent, close the program and wait a while and you may be back to square one - no launch of the Help files, restrat the program again and the Help files work.

The Help files are in HTML format and should be located in

C:/Program Files/MAGIX/Photostory version/Help/en/Content/Topics/

the en in the above will be different for other languages supported by the program.

Thanks John!

But, I think your save location points to the possible root of the problem! As you will see below, in my installation of PS 2024, the "Help" folder does not exist!

Creating it, and the full path you show, and the pdf appears in my browser when clicking on Help in the program.
