this is not possible natively in Acid, yet.
The simplest solution would be to use a third party VST host, such as DDMF's Metaplugin, or Superplugin, which is a VST(2 or 3) plugin that can, itself, load other VSTs, and have multiple plugin windows open. But even that only works for things on the same channel.
It's a long-requested feature, especially since most other DAWs allow this, and is critical for mixing audio.
