HELP recording DVD

I'm trying to record a DVD using files that I converted from HD to MPG (from HD camera) and original MPG files (not from HD camera). When I recorded, the files that were converted from HD have "trailing" during movements (not on still shots) on the recorded video. The other MPG files (from regular camera) recorded well. HELP!

P.S. I'm using Magix Edit Pro 2005. (I know, I know...)

One of your file groups are set to Progressive, the other is Interlaced. Set them both to Progressive when you export the mpg clips.
Progressive will export entire frames, Interlaced will scan from the bottom or top and lace the frames together, this is causing the "trailing".

You should be able to in the box that pops up before you burn, look in the settings. Also you can set it if you export a file.
