Do you mean the regular text in the title editor? Just highlight/select the text you want to change (within the title editor) and click on the button below "Font" to change the font, size etc. via a standard Windows font dialog. There are more options to manipulate the appearance of your text object in the title editor, including a bunch of presets on the left-hand side of the window.
