Looks like you are trying to install this on a Windows Operating System that is not supported.

Silver was a free edition I think through Computer Music Magazine a few years back, I don't think there is any updates for that. You could try downloading the latest Music Maker, register it and get it for 30 days as a trial.

If I am not mistake, which I could very well be, the Music Maker Silver is only good on operation systems up to Windows XP (32 bit); it will not operate under a 64 bit system.
