help error

can anyone help me. I just purchase the movie edit pro 15 and tried to instal it but it continues to give me a message =

C:\windows\temp\mgxoschk.dll could not be opened .....etc

I need to solve this- if its a software issue then i can return it in 12 days.

pls assist

Because it's in the windows "temp" file this must be happening while you are installing.

Try installing again..making sure the disc has no dirt, marks or fingerprints on it.
