@Lechu-Klos

Please go to Producer Planet to search for the specific songs you wish to purchase, ensuring you select the relevant commercial licence. Do be aware that these licences are not cheap.

In addition, you need to remember that, if the song you wish to purchase is part of a collection, each item in the collection requires you to purchase its own individual licence.

Also, if you are actually wanting to purchase commercial licences for items within a Magix Soundpool. again each separate item within the pool requires its own individual licence.

Hi

In addition to @emmrecs comment.

If you are uploading your videos to Youtube, Vimeo etc then you are likely to get copyright claims from other uploaders and 'licensing entities' who use the same song / soundpool content.

The copyright claims are false - the Terms & Conditions of use do not give exclusive rights to the songs or soundpools purchased, they only have a licence to use those songs and soundpools the same as anyone else. Copyright is always retained by Magix.

See the Terms & Conditions here - in particular section § 9 - 1 which states

'the contracting party shall be granted a single, non-exclusive right of use'
