Hardware acceleration?

(Photo Manager Deluxe). I have been looking for an option about hardware acceleration. Does such an option exist? And, I found out that the program is NOT 64 bits! How come?

I will reopen your post about Photostory, because it is, as you say, a question about a different product. (Apologies to @PATIENT-X for changing this!!)

Photo Manager is now quite an "old", but still entirely usable program, which has not been updated in several years. Hence, 32 bit only, and no, no hardware acceleration since it would be completely unnecessary; the program is a cataloguing/database program, not an image or video processor.

My sincere apologies, I saw the double post of hardware acceleration and my colleague has rectified my error as it was two different versions of software.
