Hi there,

Just put your play cursor on the particular frame you want to export (so that it will show up in the preview monitor) and go to the "File" menu and proceed to the "Export movie" sub menu. At the bottom of the list of all the video formats you can render to, you will also find two options for single frame export (BMP and JPG).
