Is there any way to set the position for head and body code?
 I am trying to get the google tags to work on my site and it states that head must be near the top of head section and the body must be at the beginning of the body section. 
 I have inserted the code for head in the all pages head section and the code for the body in the all pages body section.

When trying to verify on google I get an error message 'The Google Tag Manager snippet on your site is in the wrong location on the page.'

When I view the source code. The google tag body code is the last section of body and the head code is near the end of the head section.
