Hi

. . . . have a blurred background (landscape pic) with the upright pic in front of the blurred pic. Blurred pic fills screen with upright pic showing full height. . . .

  1. In Timeline mode move the image(s) that are to be in front of the background to a lower track
  2. Add the required image to be used as the background (this may be the same image) to the track above the foreground image
  3. Apply the required blur effect to it
  4. Adjust its length to match the foreground image(s).
