Getting m2ts Format instead of MPEG4 Format

Karen-Clinkinbeard wrote on 7/12/2020, 5:50 PM

In previous versions of Photostory I could export a project as an MPEG-4 video. When I select Export and Video as MPEG-4 it is not creating a MPEG-4 file. Instead it creates a m2ts file. I had to get a Codex from Microsoft to play it. Why isn't it creating a MPEG-4 file. How do I save in this format?

Hi

In the Export, Video as MPEG 4 dialog click the arrowed option shown in the image below, to see all possible export options check the Display all option circled in the image below.

Yes that does help! Thank you. Which option would you recommend for the best quality? MP4 FullHD 1920x1080 29.97p or MP4 FullHD 1920x1080 59.94p?

Hi,

I assume that you are in North America and using NTSC.

Unless you filmed your videos at 59.94, then use 29.97.

Yes in the US. They are just stills not videos. Thank you so much!
