Hi

Assuming you are using Windows 10 you may need to give Rescue your Video Tapes permission to access the microphone and camera, even if you do not have them plugged in in the Windows, Settings, Privacy Camera and Microphone - selecting Camera or Microphone . . . .

Please put your computer specification and program full name and version in your signature so we do not have to repeatedly ask for it - see my signature as an example.
