Get "Path not found" when I try to transfer video

This the first time I use this video saver. When I try to create a new video project (importing from video recorder), I get the message "Path not found"! Please help...'

I'm using Video Saver version 4.0

Sorry I don't have Video Easy, but the error message you describe seems standard for Windows (Win XP Win 7 etc) and not linked to any specific program. Does the the error window show you what path is being sought? Perhaps you had an external drive being used which is not longer attached? There ought to be an option (again standard Windows stuff) to pick another path.
