vriendelijke groeten,

Arie Pols

I am afraid we do not speak the same language and I am guessing here that you are having an issue importing while using Video Deluxe 16 (Movie Edit Pro 16) on a Mac.

You might need to contact support directly... this is a user-to-user area. I try to answer all the video questions I can, but I do not own a Mac.

Hi John,

first Thanks for Your reaction, Your right about the language English is not my best , I speak Dutch better. Yes I have video 16 Deluxe plus  on a Mac, but on a separate Partition with Windows 7 on it. So it should work like a normal Windows computer and it is in general but with small issues, Video 16 did not play .MOV files. the program is working fine only the .MOV files are not possible to load.

Thanks, Arie

Hi Arie

Do you have Quicktime (which you need)  installed on the Windows 7 partition and do the movies play OK in it?

hello my friends on this forum,

I find the problem of my case and write it here for maybe other people with a Mac, because that is were the problem started.

my files were located on the partition were Mac is installed, in Windows You can reach this partition and so also the files, but Mac is different formatted than what is normal for Windows. so the only thing i did now is make een new location on the Windows partition for my files and Yes everything is running oke. thanks for your reactions and attentions.

best regards,
