FXhome Ignite Particles & Post FX cold not be loaded

I have just upgraded to X14 and downloaded FXhome Ignite Particles & Post FX, this came free with the upgrade. I followed the instructions and all went well until I pressed the "Apply Effect" button. Upon doing this I got a warning telling me that the plug in could not be loaded (please see screenshot)

I wondered if I am I doing something wrong, grateful for any advice on what to look for.

Try restarting the computer - Windows button, Power button, Restart you may have some updates pending install and require completing before the effect becomes available.

Yes, there were three Windows updates pending, I installed them then unplugged power pressed start button a few times, plugged back in and re-started. Now works perfectly, sometimes it's the small things that you forget to check hey...
