Hi,

I can't tell you for certain, but I have looked at the specs and I see no reference to ftps support, by the same token I also cannot find any indications that any of the top 10 applications in this price range support it either.  If you know of any in the under $100 category that do, please let me know.

I can tell you that I either own or have tried most of the top 10 and none are as easy to use as the Xara product.

According to Yahoo.

Yahoo! Small Business has begun the transition from FTP connections to FTPS. This transition only affects you if you are using a third party program, such as Dreamweaver or iWeb, to publish your site.

At this time, you can continue to connect using FTP or you can make the move to the more secure FTPS. In September 2012, we will decommission the ability to connect using FTP and will only support FTPS connections.

For more information about the switch to FTPS and what steps you need to take to prepare yourself, please see our FTPS help pages.

Please note: If you are using Yahoo! SiteBuilder or Yahoo! Site Solution, this change to FTPS does not affect you and you do not need to take any action.

If Web maker is not compatible with FTPS requirement then design web in that software and use third party soft to publish it such as WebMatrix is a free and lightweight web development tool.
Create, publish, and maintain your website with ease.

Yeah.  Just wish this great company would supply a patch or an update for us less sophisticated (e.g. it's a WYSIWYG product) users!
