Hello all! I recently updated to xara designer Pro X and when trying to publish my website presentation, a message pops up saying:

ERROR: FTP PASSWORD DENIED

Nevertheless I'm sure the password, as everything else, is set up well in my publish settings, I even asked the definition from my hosting company to check down on it and he says the issue must be on part of Cara..

II will really appreciate any guidance on how to solve this issue because my deadline is approaching fast and I'm getting nervous.😳🙏

Before upgrading to Pro X, I have run Xara Web Designer successfully for number of years now, without any issue publishing, while using the same publishing settings as always. I got an efficient PC with Windows 10.
