I am very interested in using the Collage effect. There are none listed. I understand from the forum some are available but need to be downloaded using the "Free Download" button in Help. The problem is, this button, when clicked on, doensn't do ANYTHING!

First, I presume that your program is registered and that you are registered with Magix.
When I click on Help, Free Download, the first thing the computer does is ask me if I want allow the program to make changes. I accept. The the following screen then loads:
I select everything and let it go. Actually, you have to stick around because almost every element asks you to accept installation.
Once installed, you will have access to all of the effects, including collage.
Try again to see if you get this screen. It is the same in every Magix program. If you get nothing, then you will have to take up the issue with Magix on their site. Make sure that you are registered.
