HI

The older versions of RYVT are not compatible with Windows 10, you need to update to the latest version.

John EB,

I have a similar problem. I downloaded recent drivers and software. Both my windows 7 and windows 10 pc's, as well as the Magix Video Easy software, detected my device but I was unable to get an image on screen. Magix told me that the old device was incompatible with Windows 10 and asked me to purchase the latest 'Rescue Videotapes'product.

They avoided answering if it was compatible with Windows 7, why both pc's & the software succeeded in detecting the device, and told me they could no longer offer services for the older, barely used, product. I'm sure that somewhere in Magix the old software and drivers exist on an archive and they could easily dig it up to satisfy all us unsatisfied customers, but that's of no benefit to them.

Do you by any chance know why I can't get an image on-screen, or do you have old drivers & software?

Cheers
