I can't see how to force text to lock to the bottom of the page, when I search the web there is talk about a "page position" option as a right click but I can't see that inm my Version 17 - so what is the alternative?

I have tested this in V15 (I do not have V17 installed) and, AFAICS, there is no Position on Page option available on a right click. The information I can find on this option refers to an even earlier version of Web Designer so may have been dropped.
When I position text at the bottom of a page it stays exactly where I place it.
Are there any other text, images or objects on the same layer which are pushing the text out of position?
Did you try creating a new layer above the existing layer and add the text to it?
