Finding the right source in Video Saver

I am using the Video Saver, 8th edition, for copying old VHS tapes to a digital format on my PC (Windows 10). After installing the Easy Video Saver software I tried to start my first project by importing from a VHS player. In the import menue I tried to find the Magix USB dongle but it did not appear in the drop down list where you are supposed to choose source. Neither did the checkboxes for choosing composite or S-video appear. I moved the dongle to another USB port hoping it would appear then, but it did not.

What can I do to solve this?

Hi and welcome to the forum.

Try installing the latest driver for the USB dongle available here, if the dongle is black and has no model number or, the K0065 or K0067, select the Premium driver.
