Hi

Photo Manager has a Search option under the Tasks menu, Organize, Search by similar images.

To use this, first select the image you wish to find and then open the Search tool, select which folder you want to search - I would suggest initially leaving this at the default option In all photo files .

Do note that the accuracy will vary depending on the image and may get some spurious results.
