So, I am using FastCut Pro and when point to audio. I have gone to the C drive, the Z drive which is the folder created when I iinstalled it. Is there a way to fix this?!

I don't have any experience of using FastCut or FastCut Pro (I actually cannot find any information about a "Pro" version) but one thing I notice about the directory listings in your screenshots: the app is searching for "C:\Fastcut\2014_WayUp\Way Up 90s.ogg, whereas the file is actually at C:\fastcut\2014-WayUp\Way Up 90s.ogg. Notice the different cases of the initial letter of the folder. The error message has the option to navigate to the correct folder (click the "Folder" button) and navigate to C:\fastcut\.... You should then be able to open that audio file.
