Failure to load

"Drivers were installed but system needs rebooting"   Rebooting makes no difference !  Next screen "Load program again from disk"  Program is reloaded from disk.  No difference, same message as first one.   Attempts to contact Magix are doomed to frustrating failure.  Can any one help, please?  Does anyone at Magix care?

I am sorry you are having problems contacting us. The problem you are explaining is normally related to the disc protection not working correctly.

 

You will need to use the unlock master utility found in the Tools section of our Download area on the support site.
