I have VP19 build 532. Every time I load the prog I am notified of a major update, I download straight away I have to then download an update for Learning modules. When I try to install it crashes and I am left with the report screen. Also every time I use VP19 as I close down I get the report screen to fill in and send off. I am getting very tired of this procedure. Despite explaining every time, nothing is being done about it. Nobody seems to be taking any notice. It appears to be working ok apart from the update messages and failed updates. Can anyone help please?
