Purchased Xara page & Layout Designer 11 on Sept 28, 2018. Am being offered an update now but never works out. I click on "Update Now". Progress bar reaches 100% then get msg, "Automatic check failed. Installation cancelled. Restart? Yes/No". Nothing in Downloads folder. Am running on Dell laptop purchased Nov 2019 with Windows 10 operating system. Thanks for any help. K.
