failed to load web page for preview generation

HI,

I've been using Web Designer 17 Premium for a few days now...But suddenly when trying to add an MP3 to a page I am getting this error message;-
"failed to load web page for preview generation"

I've tried different MP3's but still the same......Any ideas anybody?

Could you successfully add a MP3 before it started giving the error message?

Try running the program as Administrator - right click the shortcut and select Run as Administrator.

If this works, has there been a Windows or Antivirus update between working and not working?

Hi John,

Thanks for your reply...Yes I had been adding MP3's (and JPG's) merrily all week..
But suddenly I started getting this message...
But anyway to cut a long story short...I rebooted the PC and it's working fine again! 😃
