Failed Plugins - Track EQ

For some reason once I installed Acid Pro 9.0 moving from 7.0 I have been unable to get Track EQ FX automation (gains, etc) to work. When I right click or click FX I have no options to access this feature. I've used the plug-in manager and click configure VST to add appropriate VST file paths but i still get failed plug-ins such as "sftrkfx1_x64.dll" (which i believe is the Track EQ). Does anyone have any ideas on how to fix this?

Did you uninstall VEGAS Pro from the PC? Uninstalling VEGAS Pro will deregister all of the Sound Forge/ACID Pro plugins. In order to remedy this, you have to reinstall SOUND Forge and ACID Pro.

I recommend Uninstalling, doing a Registry Cleaner to purge any residual registry entries, and then reinstalling SOUND FORGE Pro followed by ACID Pro.

I have recently purchased a brand new PC and reinstalled Acid Pro 9.0 and still have the same results. No access to Track EQ (FX automation) and the beatmapper still isn't accurate.
