I purchased Photostory Traveler upgrade to my Photostory Deluxe verstion 19.0.2.46(UDP3). I followed the directions to go to teh Store, Select Ultimate Travel Package, Log In, Enter Coupon. The program responded that the download began and displayed a "Next" button. I waited over an hour. My computer was completely jambed (non-responsive to any commands). I restarted my computer. I did not receive the download.
