@berrycwj

Welcome to the Magix user to user forums, so not a contact for any Magix staff and no-one here can do anything about issuing you with a refund, sorry!

If you wish to formally request a refund (assuming you bought the upgrades very recently) you need to email infoservice@magix.net, explain the circumstances and ask for a refund.

However, I have to ask: why have you apparently paid three times for the upgrade? Which version and edition did you previously have? Once installed, what exactly doesn't work on your computer? What are the specs of your computer? Did you check before purchase that it at least met, and preferably exceeded the minimum requirements to be able to run the program?

If you would like help from fellow-users in the forum please tell us about your computer and its hardware. This post will show you the level of detail we really need if we are to be able to offer advice.
