When I start the export process the program only completes 5% then quits. Please help.

What does the project you have consist of?
When the program "quits", is there any error message?
I have tested my MAGIX PhotoStory 10 with a 40 picture project exported to MPEG, this project only had pictures with transitions. I exported by going to 'File' then 'Export' > 'Video as MPEG...' then accepted the default value. The export itself took about 6 minutes with my laptop.
Are there other applications on your computer that might be in conflict with the PhotoStory?
There would have to be some explanation, but without a error message, I would think that the program is having a communications conflict with some other application or something that might have altered the way the codec for MPEG is used.
Are you able to export into other formats?
The only program running is Photostory. The slidshow includes music, AVI video, transistions, and text. There is no error message, the process just quits.
