Exporting to AVI has Audio Aync Problems

I'm trying to export my movie to an AVI or an MP4 in MEP 12. No matter what setting, no matter what codec I use, simply no matter what, the audio is always out of sync with the video right off the bat, and it gets progressively worse as the movie goes on. I would say the audio sounds normal and I don't notice any lag on that end. My guess is that the video is being tweaked somehow. The audio will eventually get done way before the video, and the video will finish, but in silence. It's weird. It only happens in with AVI's and MP4's. Any solutions...

More info would be needed:

Is there a sync problem before you export?
What type of source video do you have?

It may be better to get in touch with Magix support directly.

I am having the exact same problem. And there is no sync problem before the export. I can't solve it either. I'm transfering mine from a DVD.

I am having the same problem with Audio Synchronizing.

I am going to try some other programs to see what is going on.

I had no idea so many people had this audio/video sync problem...JUST LIKE ME!!

I tried the following... but it DIN"T WORK!!

1.  Export video to WAV file.
2.  Import WAV file into current MVD, and muted all audio tracks.
3.  Re-Export as AVI.

Problem still exists...and this really sucks!  I'm surprised Magix hasn't addressed this issue.
