Exporting multitrack?

Is it possible to export individual tracks? I need to send them in some sensible format to my friend who will help me with sound engineering and I cannot see any option to do that.

You can export any single track as an audio file (you didn't specify) by clicking on the 'S' button on the left side for the track to play/export "solo". You will have to do the same for each track.

You can also mute individual objects in a track if you wish.
