Click Export movie, and choose 'Video as DV-AVI'. In a new window you must tell where on your harddisk to place the DV-file. After rendering, the file is saved and you are asked to start your camera ( I'm not shure if it should be in Play or Record mode). Now MEP starts your camera and the file will be transferred. I advice you to experiment with a small file first, to learn the procedure ! You can overwrite the D8 band ! Of course you must use Firewire !
