exported videofile appears green

Hello
Just installed Magix, my first project has a problem. I try to export movie, result is green canvas?? upgraded no help, tried several formats but no.

This is an issue with your codecs. What version of Windows are you using? If you are using XP, Do the video codec fix in the following video (there's lots of other material there, too, but specifically you want to fix your codecs).

This will almost definitely fix your issue if you are running XP.
