Just wondering if Xara Photo and Graphic Designer can Export Windows Icons (.ico format) for the Windows Desktop...

I recently purchased XPnGD and am enjoying it so far, very powerful, nice Vector and editing utility. I understand it is not a full 'image editor' type of program, but it seems advanced for what it can do. Just wondering if I can make Windows Icons with it.
