Exceeded number of PC activations if Simplitec license

Hi I have reinstalled Windows on my PC and I am trying to activate Simplitec again and Simplitec tells me I have too much PC activations with my license number and I should contact tech support. I was trying to register My Simplitec in product section of my account at magix.com and I received message that the license number for this product that I entered is wrong.
