Error while trying to activate with serialnumber

I bought the MAGIX photo easy a few moments ago. When I tried ti activate the software online it returned to me error code -24. What is going on?????

Are you using the same email address in the activation dialog as you used to purchase the software?

What is the full name of the program ? You have posted under Photo and Graphic Designer however quoted Magic Photo Easy?

Do you mean Magix Photostory Easy?

Yes, MAGIX Photostory easy (version 2). I checked on the data in my profile, and I am using the same mail address.

I would suggest you contact Magix by email to infoservice@magix.net detailing the problem.

Do note that you are likely not going to get a reply until Tuesday at the earliest - Easter Monday is a public holiday in Germany.

Two more questions:

Why, in the effects area I have only 3 effects while in the instructions manual I see 20 (for example in page 20)?

I cannot export the project as MPEG4- but in the instructions manual (page 26) I see that can use that format?

The answer to your latest post is: because you have been unable, so far, to activate the product certain "features" of the program will only become available to download and use once activation is successful.

Finally MAGIX support team helped me to activate the program and I made an of online update but nevertheless I still have only 3 effects...

I don't have Photostory Easy but, assuming it is at least similar to Photostory Deluxe, have you checked under Help for an entry "Free Download" as well as "Update online"?
