MAGIX PhotoStory on CD & DVD
I am trying to create a slideshow and keep getting an error message after selecting
File > Wizards > Slideshow Maker (make change) > Create Slide show
Error in module 'Fotos_dlx.exe' (Load address: 0x004000000) to address 0x00584ab3
Exception 0xc000005 'ACCESS_VIOLATION'
I have tried to re-name the show but still get this message
I have also un-installed and re-installed the programme and still get this error message
What version of PhotoStory?
What Windows operating system?
If I was to have had this error, the first thing I would look at is if there was any other applications running at the time I tried this, as it could be a common communications error between two software titles trying to access the identical information. In addition to that, I might also look to see that I have full administration rights with the Windows operating system, as it could see that the user does not have complete access to all the functions of Windows and/or the program.
I have not had a access violation, so I am just assuming these things. You might need to contact Magix support.
