I still run Web Designer 5 on windows10 which, up to now, has done me well for a small artist website. Recently when attempting to export website for publishing I get the 'Out of Memory' message followed by 'Internal programme error 3881.k.xp.gn' The .web file I am trying to export is 76.6Mb in size. I have reinstalled the programme on another laptop but get same error.
Any ideas?

If you have lots of photos in large web file, have you optimised all the photos to reduce overall size? File may be too large.
When opening, exporting a file the error message "Out of Memory" appears and the operation cancels.
Right click on each large photo you have in your document and select "Optimize Photo". This reduces the size of the image whilst keeping the quality high.
Have you added a gallery?
You may need to reduce amount of graphics if you still have problems after optimisation.
Export times are also directly related to project content (number of pages/photos and illustrations that are processed etc), HDD write speeds, available RAM and CPU power.
Thank you! While there are many images the file size of each are ~!60Kb so perhaps collectively they all add up.
I will optimise & see haw it goes...
